Link instead of new page?

Is there anyway I can put a link to a page online instead of a page on my site on the homepage?
Like on my site sof.param.mobi

I have pages where I have embedded river levels graphs.... The weather link, I had to redirected using a new page...
Could I link it straight to the weather or can I only redirect?

On verifying the issue, we suggest that you may provide a link on the image (GRAO3.HG.0.0.1.0.png) in the page (Rogue- Grants Pass) to the page (Weather).

Please proceed with the following steps to perform:

Login with username and password >> Website Manager >> Edit the page (Rogue- Grants Pass) >> Click the image and again click the Link button in the editor tool >> It shows the Edit Link pop-up page >> Select your pages >> Click the link to Weather page >> Submit >> Accept changes >> Verify in preview site and if satisfied publish the site.
